Revival Flooring Strand Woven Bamboo is absolutely the toughest bamboo on the market.  It has more than twice the dent resistance of conventional bamboo flooring.  Other bamboo flooring products on the market have in some cases given this material a bad name.  Some manufacturer's carbonize or bake the bamboo giving the material a darker appearance.  It is then sold as "coffee" or "toffee" because of its deeper colour.  Unfortunately, the more the bamboo is baked, the more it weakens it.  Revival Strand Woven Bamboo Flooring is unfinished and then can be stained any colour once it is installed.  We are able to achieve an array of colours without weakening the bamboo, which is exclusively provided through Revival Flooring.   Our bamboo is rated at an amazing 3000 on the janka scale, far surpassing red oak, white oak, conventional bamboo flooring, and even tough hickory.  It can stand up to abuse, including dogs, children, heavy traffic, and even high heels.
